About Me
Courtney Hardy, Reiki Master & Medium
For the better part of the last 10 years I have been giving soul-led readings to help people step into their purpose and navigate life events.
In 2020 I studied under a mentor and became a Reiki Master in traditional Usui Reiki, an energy healing technique which focuses on balancing the energy body (commonly known as the aura and chakra system). I am also certified in Holy Fire and continue to learn new modalities.

I myself have used Reiki to alleviate my disabling symptoms of Major Depressive Disorder, Anxiety and PTSD and continue to do so regularly in my self-care practice allowing me to live a much higher quality of life.
My objective is to teach, empower, help my community and give my clients the tools and resources they need to guide and heal themselves.
